An indoor pool heated all year round
The project involved an indoor pool of 44.16 m², representing a water volume of 66 m³, maintained at a constant temperature of 28°C throughout the year.
The technical area was equally significant: with a volume of 283 m³, the pool room is also heated to 28°C to provide optimal comfort for users while limiting condensation. The installation is also equipped with a submerged cover, helping to retain heat in the pool.
In this type of environment, heating the water alone is not sufficient. It is essential to simultaneously manage air temperature and humidity to protect the building and ensure long-term comfort for users.
A fully integrated system for optimal comfort
To meet these requirements, three complementary systems were installed.
The WARMEO WAO-07 heat pump
Unlike a standard residential installation, it does not supply underfloor heating or radiators here. It produces hot water that feeds the hot water coil integrated into the POLYTROPIC dehumidifier. This system then heats the air supplied to the room while also ensuring dehumidification.
This configuration makes it possible to maintain a uniform temperature, improve occupant comfort, and efficiently integrate heating into the air treatment system.
The Master Inverter XM pool heat pump by POLYTROPIC
